Andrew Kessell made a hole-in-one right here at Mid Pines Golf Course today on his birthday, Thursday, May 28th!

The hole-in-one was on hole #2 at Mid Pines

He used a 6-iron from 181 yards

On behalf of Pine Needles and Mid Pines, we extend a congratulations to Andrew

Andrew has been a member of the Pine Needles Club since 2010 and lives right here in Southern Pines

Couples 9-Hole Member Guest Information

Couples 9-hole Member Guest

We will have 3 divisions; a Men’s division, a Women’s division, and a Mixed division.

Each team must consist of 1 member and 1 guest

The Men’s division is one male member and one male guest

The Women’s division one female member and one female guest

The ‘Mixed’ Team consists of one male and one female. One person of the team must be a member of the Pine Needles Club.

A Team is (2) people and is $50.00 to play. 

The charge will be applied to the Member’s Account

Member Spotlight

Congratulations Sherril Britt!

35th Carolinas Mid-Amateur Championship held on North Ridge Country Club's Lakes course in Raleigh, N.C. on Sunday, April 19, 2015 

Sherrill Britt held off the competition to capture his first CGA championship title.  Sherrill Britt has been a Member of the Pine Needles Club since 2013. Britt assembled a three-day total of nine-under-par 207 (66-67-74) to win by one. 

Britt will leave Tuesday to play in the  U.S. Four-Ball at The Olympic Club in San Francisco, California.

Britt grew up in North Carolina and has always enjoyed playing at both Pine Needles and Mid Pines.
