Sherrill Britt held off the competition to capture his first
CGA championship title. Sherrill Britt has been a Member of the Pine
Needles Club since 2013. Britt assembled a three-day total of nine-under-par
207 (66-67-74) to win by one.
Britt will leave Tuesday to play in the U.S. Four-Ball
at The Olympic Club in San Francisco, California.
Britt grew up in North Carolina and has always enjoyed playing at
both Pine Needles and Mid Pines.
