2017 Member Group Bookings
We ask that all member group booking requests of 8 guests or more be submitted to Sylvia on a Member Booking form. This will be the best way to communicate requested availability for all needs (number of rooms, room type, tee time requests, dining requests and billing directives). The forms will be available on the Members website, as well as will be sent out via email this week. Going forward, the forms will also be on the member newsletter. The reason for this change is that we are receiving an increase in group bookings and we want to be fair to all – our members, as well as our current resort guests, which will allow the best utilization of our available tee times and lodging options. Once the group booking is finalized, a confirmation agreement between PN Club & the member will be signed by both parties. Please note the changes for group bookings in 2017: -PN Club Members will be allowed to bring up to 7 guests that are subject to the lodging room rate discount of 25%. If you request to bring a larger group, and we have availability, the normal in house rates will apply to the guests over the accompanied 7. We will still be able to adjust to the average so that all guests would pay the same guest rate for the room. This change will apply only to groups in April, May, September & October. -Group deposits will be required at time of booking for all groups of 8 or more guests requiring lodging. The deposit amount of $100 per room can be billed to the members account, or to individual reservations agreed upon on the group booking form and confirmation. -All billing arrangements shall be finalized prior to the group arrival. We feel this will help PN/MP staff, as well as you and your guests, in order to minimize discrepancies at check out. -We have finalized the 2017 Guest Golf Fees for PN & MP. The attached rate sheet will detail our accompanied guest fees, as well as unaccompanied guest fees. PN Club members are allowed to bring up to 7 guests to receive the guest fee, and all guests above 7 that are subject to the unaccompanied guest golf fee. (Normal booking restrictions apply based on your member type in this situation). -PN Club members are allowed to book no more than 8 golfers at the unaccompanied guest fee. Further, they can book no more than 14 days in advance, and times are based upon availability. We do understand the demand that PN/MP golf courses have on the member requests, resort requests, and outside golfers. We will continue to make every effort to fill your requests as PN Club Members. Thank you! Graham Gilmore General Manager/Director of Golf

Now is the perfect time to shop for Christmas
Gifts!
Gift giving during the Holiday is an ancient
tradition in many religions.
Giving gifts at Christmas is traced back to
the Three Wise Men who traveled a long distance to give gifts to the baby
Jesus. Christians practice this today by giving gifts to loved ones.
Gift giving during Chanukah is a more modern
tradition. Historically , families would give
gelt (money) rather than presents. However, now some families will give a
gift during Chanukah in replace of money.
However you practice your Holiday Season ...
It is the seasons of giving, start now and save on some great items.
