Plan to attend the 2nd Annual Bell Cup presented
by theNorth Carolina Sports Hall of Fame, held here at Pine
Needles,Sept.
15-16. The festivities will kick-off on Sunday
night with a Gala Reception and Dinner that will be emceed
by Hall of Fame announcer Woody Durham, featuring both
silent And live auctions. Numerous NC Hall of Fame
Members will also be in Attendance, such as NASCAR's Ned
Jarrett; many of North Carolina's basketball and football
legends including UNC's Lennie Rosenbluth, Lee Shaffer, and
Don McCauley; Duke's Jeff Mullins and Jack Marin; Hall of
Famers Peggy Kirk Bell and Roger Watson and many others.
The Bell Cup Will be played Monday Morning at Pine
Needles, and each foursome will have a Hall of Fame
Member joining their group!
The cost of the Gala Reception and Dinner will be
discounted to $100 per person (normally $150) for all Pine
Needles Club Members and their guests. The cost of
participating in all Bell Cup festivities including the Gala
Reception and Dinner, Bell Cup, tournament gifts, and
awards luncheon will be $500 per person. We hope you will
plan to attend this memorable gatheringin support of
the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame.
